You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email/phone.

We understand that things happen and plans can change that’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. For cancellations made more than 10 days before check-in, guests will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 10 days before check-in will resulty in a 50% forfeiture of booking amount. For cancellations made 3 days or fewer before check-in, as well as no-shows or day-of cancellation, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

We accept credit/debit cards and online payment platforms like PAYPAL.

Check-in is at 2:00PM and check-out is at 11:00AM

Early check-in or late check-out maybe possible, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. 

The villa includes wi-fi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, pool, private balcony and terrace and full bathroom amenities.

Yes, complimentry high-speed Wi-fi is available throughout the property.

Yes, we provide fresh lines, towels, and basic toiletries for each guest.

Yes, housekeeping services are included during your stay. 

Each room in the villa is designed for double occupancy, comfortably accommodating two guests per room. Extra guest are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. 

For safety reasons, we generally do not accommodate children. However, we’re happy to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis depending on the child’s age. Please note that in such cases, booking the entire villa may be required. 

As much as we adore pets, we have a no pet policy to ensure the comfort and allergies of all our guests.

Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited.

Yes,there are several cafes and shops within a short distance from the villa. We are 5 minutes by motorbike to Seseh Beach and Cemagi Beach and close to the newest must visit beach club in Bali, Luna.

Yes, we can arrange airport transfers for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you require this service.
